The Resolution Project has chosen a diverse and dedicated group of young Fellows to make up the first ever Fellow Council. We will plan initiatives (including workshops, trainings, coaching sessions and coffee chats) to engage our +500 Fellows and help develop leadership skills, create an even more dynamic fellowship experience, and promote collaborations between our social ventures.
The Atmospheric Tales podcast hosts invited me to interview Professor Néstor Rojas, from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in Bogotá. Listen to the Public transit & air quality: Stories from Colombia episode to learn about how academics are working on better understanding emission sources, identifying population groups most exposed to certain pollutants, and helping in policy-making to improve local air quality.
The UnSchool Fellowship in Kuching, Malaysia (in Borneo, the third largest island in the world) was a fully immersive experience in which we learned about design thinking and systems thinking. We also got to explore some of Sarawak's landmarks and nature.
The Hearts in the Ice project is an incredible example of what two people can do when they deeply care about climate change, the environment, and actions! Check out why/how Hilde and Sunniva are the first women to overwinter in the Arctic on their own (not one but two years in a row!).
FutureTalks brought together 100 leaders from different fields and nationalities, including 30 delegates under 30 years of age, for a completely unaltered experience in the High Arctic in Svalbard. With 24 hours of sunlight and no internet connectivity, the conversations we had and the memories we made seem otherworldly.

The speakers and the networking at OYW are incredibly inspired and we all walked out with many wonderful new connecntions.
